We do not monetize, sell, or license individual business vulnerability profiles to commercial insurers or third-party marketing brokers.

2. Information We Collect

To calculate accurate Resilience Scores and furnish tailored contingency playbooks, we collect:

• Facility Operational Attributes: Location coordinates, postal codes, building elevation, foundation type, critical refrigeration or machinery assets.
• Operational Safeguards: Current backup generator sizing, fuel storage capacity, dual-supplier dependencies, emergency contact channels.
• User Account Information: Name, work email address, organization name, and optional billing information.

3. How We Use Your Data

Information collected is exclusively processed to:

• Compute the 6-vector Humavanta Resilience Score and generate personalized PDF action plans.
• Trigger automated weather alerts calibrated to your facility's physical geographic coordinates.
• Match your facility profile to federal (FEMA, SBA) and regional clean energy resilience grant opportunities.
• Provide aggregated, fully anonymized macro-level resilience trends to municipal disaster planners without identifying individual businesses.

4. Cloud Security & AWS Architecture

Humavanta is hosted on AWS infrastructure utilizing Amazon Cognito for authenticated session management, Amazon DynamoDB encrypted at rest via AWS KMS (Key Management Service), and S3 client-side encrypted report storage. All telemetry in transit is secured with TLS 1.3 encryption.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You maintain full ownership of your data. You may request complete export or deletion of your account and facility audit history at any time by contacting privacy@humavanta.com.
