Last Updated: September 22, 2026 • Humavanta Public Benefit Corp

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on Humavanta ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the services.

2. Nature of the Resilience Score & Advisory Disclaimer

Humavanta provides analytical models, probabilistic hazard projections, and business continuity recommendations based on governmental atmospheric data (NOAA, USGS, FEMA).

Important Notice: Humavanta is an operational advisory software platform. Our Resilience Scores, action items, and PDF reports do not constitute licensed professional structural, electrical, or civil engineering certifications, nor do they guarantee absolute immunity against weather damage, civil authority shutdowns, or utility grid collapses. Small business operators should consult licensed general contractors for on-site physical barrier installation.

3. User Accounts & Location Management

You agree to provide accurate and updated information concerning your facility locations, primary physical hazards, and equipment specifications. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

4. Subscription Billing, Upgrades, & Cancellations

Paid tiers (Small Business Starter, Business Pro) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Business Dashboard; your access will continue through the end of your current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

The Humavanta name, logos, six-vector scoring algorithm, custom visualizers, and PDF layout designs are the proprietary intellectual property of Humavanta PBC. You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to use and distribute generated PDF audit reports for your organization's internal continuity and insurance applications.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Humavanta PBC and its officers, directors, employees, and scientific advisors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from weather events, power outages, municipal levee failures, or third-party telecommunication disconnections.
